Make an Appointment

To help provide timely service to our patients, we prefer to schedule all visits. To schedule an appointment please call 704-864-0303.

If it is after hours or on the weekends, please leave a message and we will call you back during office hours.

If you are later than 30 minutes for your appointment, unfortunately your appointment will be considered a no-show. An appointment canceled the same day or in less than 24-hours is noted as a ‘No Show.' Patients are allowed a maximum of 2 No Shows in a 12-month period and are dismissed upon a third. The same visit appointment can only be canceled once and becomes a ‘No Show' on a second cancellation.
